This one-day event, which is open to all SLaM staff, will see the entire ORTUS venue being used to its full capacity. Connect our largest room will be set up in theatre style seating for 140. Audio/Visual from Connect will be streamed into Adamson and Pilowsky suites, which will be set up in cabaret style and used as over-flow seating area. The remainder of the rooms in the venue will be used as breakout spaces and the Mezzanine and cafe area will be used for catering.
Please note the cafe will be open as usual but operating only with a take-away service as the cafe seating area will be required for this large event. We apologise in advance to any of our usual cafe guests who may be inconvenienced!
In total we expect up to 280 delegates on the day which will also ensure our catering team are kept very busy as we prepare for the networking breaks and lunch.
